2. Using our services

You may use our services if you are 13 years or older. When you create a Member account you will be asked to confirm this via a checkbox reading “I’m 13 or older, or a parent/guardian is helping me sign up” — submitting the signup form is your affirmative attestation to this. If you are between 13 and 18 you confirm you have your parent or guardian’s permission.

We reserve the right to remove any account we reasonably believe belongs to a child under 13. Parents or guardians can email hello@rugbyttl.comto request removal of a child’s account and we will delete it within 7 days.

You agree to use the services lawfully and not to:

  • Break UK, EU or applicable local law;
  • Post content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, harassing or discriminatory;
  • Attempt to break, hack, overload, or reverse-engineer our services;
  • Scrape or bulk-download our content without our written permission;
  • Impersonate anyone else, including a Rugby TTL team member;
  • Use our services to send spam or unsolicited marketing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

3. Membership (free)

You can create a free Member account to save content, choose notifications, and access download-for-offline features. Membership is free and passwordless — you sign in with a code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure.

We may add paid Membership tiers in future. If we do, they will be optional and clearly labelled — you will never be charged without opting in. You can delete your account at any time from your Members dashboard or by emailing hello@rugbyttl.com.

4. User-generated content

If you submit any content to us, you grant Rugby TTL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, display and distribute that content in connection with our services. You keep ownership. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to share anything you submit.

5. Our content and copyright

All original content on our services is © 2024–2026 Rugby Through The Leagues Ltd unless stated otherwise. Some content is licensed from third parties (rugby federations, clubs, contributors) and may carry their own attribution requirements.

You may:

  • Share links to our content on social media;
  • Quote short passages (max ~50 words) with a link and attribution;
  • Embed our official YouTube videos via YouTube's standard embed.

You may not:

  • Republish full articles or newsletters without written permission;
  • Re-host our videos or podcasts;
  • Use our logo, marks or brand assets in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

6. Third-party content and links

Our services show, embed and link to content from third parties — YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Substack, rugby federations, clubs and creators. We don't own that content and we don't necessarily endorse it. If you have an issue with third-party content, please raise it with the third party directly.

7. Availability and changes

We try hard to keep our services online, but we don't guarantee uptime or freedom from bugs. We may add, change or remove features at any time. If we make significant changes that affect you as a Member, we'll let you know by email.

8. Cancellation and account deletion

Free Membership is at-will — you can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@rugbyttl.com from the address you signed up with. We will delete your account data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain records.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rugby TTL is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is capped at £100.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Significant changes will be notified by email to Members. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the new terms.
